(1-8) Side, together, cross-shuffle, 1/4R, 1/2R, 1/4R & side-shuffle
1-2 Step RIGHT to RIGHT side, drag LEFT & step together
3&4 Cross-shuffle RIGHT over LEFT to LEFT side (R,L,R)
5-6 Make 1/4 turn RIGHT & step LEFT back, make 1/2 turn RIGHT & step RIGHT forward
7&8 Make 1/4 turn RIGHT & shuffle to LEFT side (L,R,L), [12 o'clock]
   
(9-16) Rock, recover, heel-ball-cross x2, rock, 1/4L & recover
1-2 Rock/step RIGHT back, recover weight onto LEFT
3&4 Touch RIGHT heel forward to RIGHT diagonal, step RIGHT back (on &), cross LEFT over RIGHT
