Finding good homes for South Island
thoroughbred horses
Overview:
Having received several calls from trainers and breeders who
were looking for good homes for their horses, this "Homes 4 Horses" page
has been added. The main requirement is that the horse in question is
available for FREE, members with thoroughbred horses available for sale
should consider using GAVELHOUSE and making use of our exclusive
deal.
It's likely that some of these will be horses coming straight from the track and
may make good broodmares, or be retrained to have a life outside of racing.
Other than listing the horse the branch will not have be responsible for
checking the ownership of the horse or in any discussion between parties, this
is purely a service available for all members and South Island trainers.
The person listing the horse is responsible for notifying us when the horse has
a new home so that it can be removed from the list.
